Job summary

The Marketing Cloud at Stagwell Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Finance to lead forecasting and budgeting processes, partnering with leadership to provide data-driven decision support.

This role focuses on long-term planning, operating models, and regular reporting to senior stakeholders across a global, diverse product and GTM strategy. The ideal candidate has 7+ years FP&A experience, strong ERP skills (OneStream, Maconomy a plus), and a revenue-focused mindset with attention to working capital,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally at a global tech-focused company.
• Forecasting and budgeting experience with quarterly reforecasts.
• Strong ability to communicate with C-level and board-level stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and focus on working capital, FCF and EBITDA in a scaling business.

Responsibilities

• Own the forecast cycles: annual, quarterly, and ad hoc budgets.
• Translate business needs into financial data for stakeholders.
• Communicate business outcomes to internal and external leaders.
• Streamline processes using tools to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Develop KPIs (financial and non-financial) that matter to the business.
• Lead the internal finance team and coordinate with external finance resources.
