Job summary

High Scale is seeking a Finance Manager to own financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for a fast-growing, data-driven agency. You will partner with leadership to manage cash flow, profitability, and strategic investments, building scalable finance processes.

You’ll develop financial models, dashboards, and SOPs while coordinating with external accountants and tax professionals to maintain accurate records. Strong analytical skills and ownership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or a related field.
• Experience in an agency, professional services, BPO, shared services, or high-growth company is a strong advantage.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent qualification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own Financial Reporting: Prepare P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and management reports.
• Lead Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes.
• Manage Cash Flow: Maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Improve Profitability & Cost Control: Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability.
• Strengthen Finance Operations: Establish SOPs and improve workflows and controls.
• Build Financial KPIs & Dashboards: Develop dashboards for leadership and other stakeholders.
