Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead forecasting, budgeting, and enterprise sales analytics across the company-operated Shacks. This role partners with Marketing and Culinary teams to analyze promotions, menu innovations, and loyalty program economics.

The position reports to the VP of FP&A and may oversee direct reports in the future, with responsibilities spanning executive and Board reporting, as well as ad hoc business analytics to inform strategic

Qualifications

• FP&A experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Experience owning or building enterprise-level sales/demand forecasting models.
• Marketing analytics experience (offer economics, LTO/menu analysis, promo analytics) a plus.
• Loyalty/CRM analytics experience a plus; restaurant/hospitality exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide sales budgeting and forecasting for Company-operated Shacks.
• Partner with Marketing and Culinary teams for pre/post-launch financial analysis of promotions.
• Oversee Loyalty platform financial analytics, KPI tracking, and program economics.
• Support executive, Board, and earnings reporting cadences.
• Provide analytical support to other business areas and evaluate financial impact of initiatives.
