Shake Shack seeks a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to serve as the strategic financial conscience, partnering with the CFO to shape growth, investments, and long-term commitments to shareholders.

You will own enterprise FP&A, long-range planning, unit economics, and the finance partnership with executives, boards, and operators, driving actionable insights and a unified financial voice across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field required.
• 12+ years of progressive corporate finance experience, FP&A leadership at scale.
• 5+ years managing managers within a finance organization.
• Public company experience; earnings, guidance, Board reporting, and SOX FP&A.
• Deep expertise in long-range planning, unit economics, ROI analytics.

Responsabilités

• Enterprise Financial Planning: lead annual operating plan, quarterly reforecasts, monthly close commentary, multi-year plan.
• Strategic Business Partnership with executive team; translate operations into financial commitments.
• Drive unit economics analytics: price/mix/traffic, labor productivity, four-wall margin, AUV ramp.
• Lead multi-year financial framework connecting strategy, capital plan, P&L outlook, and risks.
• Board, earnings & investor narrative support with Investor Relations; prepare decision-ready analyses.
• Build and mentor a best-in-class FP&A organization; succession planning and coverage.
• Upgrade planning systems and analytics tools; promote a unified financial language.
