Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Senior Analyst for Lifecycle & Loyalty Analytics to scale our analytics practice across owned channels. You will integrate guest, channel, campaign, offer, and transaction data to assess performance, inform strategy, and drive growth with cross‑functional partners.

You will develop data‑driven reporting, design tests, and translate insights into actionable channel strategies that strengthen guest engagement and business results.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in lifecycle/CRM and/or loyalty program analytics.
• Strong SQL skills with large datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse.
• Familiarity with customer data platforms and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics across email, push, loyalty, offers, and third‑party delivery.
• Use SQL to access, join, validate, and analyze data from approved sources.
• Define goals and KPIs with channel leads for measurement plans.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports for stakeholders.
• Turn analysis into actionable recommendations for audience, offer, and loyalty strategies.
