Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead forecasting and budgeting for Company-operated Shacks. You will partner with Marketing, Culinary, and Ops teams, owning enterprise sales forecasting models and driving pre/post analysis of promotions and menu initiatives.

Qualifications

• FP&A experience with forecasting, budgeting, and modeling.
• Experience owning enterprise-level sales/demand forecasting models.
• Marketing or promotional analytics experience preferred.
• Restaurant/hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Public company exposure, including Board materials, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company-wide sales budgeting and forecasting for Company-operated Shacks and manage ongoing model governance.
• Serve as FP&A partner to Marketing and Culinary teams; analyze promotions and menu initiatives.
• Act as Loyalty Platform Finance lead; track KPI performance and inform decisions.
• Support Executive and Board reporting and quarterly earnings cadence.
• Provide ad hoc analytics and partner with cross-functional teams on investments.
