Job summary

Socure is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Analysis to lead top-line budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will own complex models, partner with GTM teams, and drive data-driven decisions that enhance profitability.

The role reports to the VP of FP&A, requires 8+ years in related roles, and emphasizes mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong sense of urgency to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar quantitative field.
• MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, FP&A or Corporate Finance at a high-growth tech/VC-backed company.
• 3+ years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling: build, maintain, and improve models forecasting key metrics.
• Key Metric Reporting: communicate KPIs to leaders and board.
• Strategic Partnership: advise go-to-market with data-driven plans.
• Project Management: improve FP&A, accounting, revenue operations processes.
• Business Analytics: automate analyses and forecasts in BI tools.
• Special Projects: support M&A evaluation and capital-raise diligence.
