Job summary

Teleport is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead FP&A across the three-statement model, budgets, and forecasting for a fast-growing SaaS company. You will partner with Customer Success and G&A, drive planning, and support equity and valuation work in a remote-first environment.

You should bring 8+ years in finance, with 5+ in FP&A and 2+ years owning forecasting at a growth-stage SaaS firm. Strong modeling, SaaS metrics mastery, and experience with ERP/CRM data are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in FP&A and 2+ years owning P&L forecasting at a growth-stage SaaS company.
• 3-statement financial planning including integrated P&L, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.
• SaaS GTM metrics knowledge and experience linking pipeline, bookings and ARR to financials.

Responsibilities

• Corporate FP&A: own three-statement consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and long-range planning alignment.
• Monthly close: review close with Accounting to ensure accuracy and narrative clarity.
• Business partnering: support CS and G&A planning, headcount, spend tracking, and decision support.
• Board/investor reporting: build and maintain decks and updates for leadership.
• Equity plan forecasting: model usage and dilution analysis.
• Corporate valuation support: provide model inputs and analysis.
• Team coverage: ensure coverage across workstreams to avoid single points of failure.
• Tools/process improvement: implement FP&A/AI tools to automate workflows.
• Executive partnership: act as trusted finance voice with senior leadership.
