Purchasing Power, LLC is seeking a Senior Director of FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, and budgeting for a growing retail fintech business. This role partners with merchandising, operations, technology, and servicing to align financial insights with strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in FP&A, strong modeling, and a track record of transforming finance with data-driven decision support and AI-enabled workflows. MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A or operational finance with team leadership.
• Retail experience and understanding of unit economics and margins.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis skills.
• Excellent communication to translate data into executive insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting aligned with operations and strategy.
• Partner with leaders across merchandising, operations, tech, and services.
• Drive visibility into unit economics, margins, and KPIs; translate into actions.
• Build modern forecasting models, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing FP&A team and ensure data integrity.
