Job summary

Mars seeks a Sr. Finance Manager, Digital Technologies to architect the global FP&A framework for a $1B+ DT portfolio. You will harmonize legacy FP&A approaches and craft standardized processes enabling clear, one-version-of-the-truth reporting across the organization.

You will lead financial integration, manage IT/DT portfolios, and drive value through synergies, ROI tracking, and governance with Controllership and Mars Global Services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or commercial business partnering in a global matrix.
• Experience leading financial integration or large-scale transformations is a plus.
• Proven ability to design standardized FP&A processes across diverse units.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern a unified FP&A and cost-allocation framework for a $1B+ DT portfolio.
• Coordinate annual and 5-year plans across global DT assets.
• Consolidate performance and provide clear financial narratives for senior leadership.
