Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager for the Capacity Growth Office (CGO) Finance team. You will serve as a key finance interface, manage investment tracking and forecasts, and collaborate with program finance leaders to ensure accurate financial controls across munitions programs.

You will prepare senior leadership presentations, contribute to the Long Range Plan, and drive improvements in CGO financial processes and analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years of experience.
Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience interfacing with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, Quality, and other functions.

Responsibilities

Serve as a finance interface between CGO, Program SBU Finance, and key partners to align on deliverables.
Manage FP&A deliverables including investment tracking, monthly forecasts, and Long Range Plan.
Prepare senior leadership presentations and financial reviews with CGO FP&A Director.
Ensure proper accounting treatment and financial controls across munitions programs.
