Job summary

RTX is seeking a Financial Analyst for the Capacity Growth Office to manage capacitization investments over $10B and support EVMS metrics. The role blends financial analysis with strategic decision support in a high-visibility environment.

The candidate will partner with CAMs, IPT leads, and CGO/Finance to drive accurate forecasting and monthly/quarterly reporting, leveraging SAP APEX EVMS and related tools to inform executive decisions.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience.
Advanced degree with 3+ years of related experience is a plus.
Experience interfacing with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain EVMS requirements for capacitization investments and support quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC).
Analyze EV metrics and provide leading indicators to CGO leadership and Finance.
Work with manufacturing development to manage large suppliers and investments.
Communicate with Cost Account Managers (CAMs), IPT Leads, CGO and Finance leadership.
Utilize SAP APEX EVMS/PM tool suite for financial management.
