Job summary

RTX is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst (P2) to join the MRAD Product Area. You will develop long-range and annual plans, forecast programs, and manage inventory and overhead budgeting in a hybrid on-site/remote setting across multiple sites.

The role requires a finance degree, 2+ years of experience or an advanced degree, and US security clearance eligibility. Strong Excel, SAP, and cross-functional communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field and 2 years finance experience or advanced degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
• Strong multitasking, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Long Range and Annual Operating Plans aligned with strategy and investment plans.
• Update and analyze monthly forecasts for programs to inform leadership.
• Incorporate projected inventory liquidations into forecasts with workload tracking.
• Ensure billing deadlines and monitor cash receipts critical to the business.
• Track annual overhead budgets to support indirect activities for execution.
• Support business case development for inventory and capital investments.
