Repligen is seeking a Director of Finance to join our leadership team in Bothell, WA, operating in a hybrid setup. Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with the Cell Therapy BU to drive growth, profitability, and long-term value creation while overseeing monthly reporting and strategic planning.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and KPI development, support the BioLife Solutions integration, and collaborate with Operations, Sales, and R&D to optimize performance and enable data-driven

Qualifications

• 12+ years of financial leadership experience in a complex multinational environment.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive growth and profitability.

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly reporting package and drive management data access.
• Lead forecast, budget, and strategic planning for the BU.
• Support business and financial integration of BioLife Solutions into global processes.
• Establish KPIs and operating mechanisms with Product Management.
• Lead QBR materials and present insights to senior management.
• Collaborate across functions to improve reporting and analytics.
• Support M&A activities with financial insight and analysis.
