Job summary

Repligen is seeking a Director of Finance reporting to the CFO, serving as a key business partner for the Cell Therapy BU to drive growth and profitability. This hybrid role is based out of Bothell, WA with responsibilities spanning forecasting, planning, and financial integration of new acquisitions.

The role requires 12+ years of leadership in a global manufacturing environment, strong communication, and the ability to translate data into strategic insight for executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
• 12+ years of financial leadership in multinational, multi-site manufacturing and product development.
• Strong communication and ability to influence senior management.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive results.
• Proven ability to lead change and drive global process improvements.
• Detail-oriented with strong business judgment and handling large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU VP & GM to scale portfolio while ensuring financial decisions support long-term growth.
• Engage product line leaders in data-driven profitability discussions.
• Provide financial insight and strategic perspective to influence decision-making across BU.
• Own the monthly reporting package and enhance management's access to data and insights.
• Lead forecast, budget, and strategic planning for the BU.
• Support business integration of BioLife Solutions into global processes.
• Partner with Product Management to establish KPIs and investment decisions.
• Lead QBR materials and communicate insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to enhance reporting and analytics.
• Partner with R&D to support new product introductions.
• Collaborate across functions to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Support M&A activities as required.
• Evolve forecasting processes with VP of FP&A.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
