Job summary

SystImmune is looking for a Manager or Senior Manager, Clinical Finance Business Partner to lead financial planning and analysis for our clinical portfolio in Redmond, WA. This strategic role involves overseeing financial models and forecasts to support our clinical objectives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting and 5-7 years of FP&A experience within biotech or pharma settings. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $140,000 annually, with exceptional candidates eligible for higher offers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A for Manager, or 7+ years for Senior Manager in biotech or pharma.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools like Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of clinical development projects.
• Prepare management reports, including variance analysis and KPIs.
• Analyze financial variances and identify cost-saving measures.
