Spring Health, a global mental health company, is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with the Chief Customer Officer and lead the finance agenda for Customer Success, Care Operations, and related teams. This full-time hybrid role requires three days in our NYC office.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, build scalable models, provide strategic insights, and drive AI-enabled workflows that improve planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or related finance roles.
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Ability to build scalable financial models and dashboards.
• Comfort with AI-enabled analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning for the CCO organization.
• Own monthly budget vs actual analysis with KPIs.
• Build models linking drivers to P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Provide timely forecasts and ad hoc analyses.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate resource allocation and efficiency.
• Translate performance into actionable financial insights.
• Support executive decision-making with scenario modeling.
• Drive AI-enabled forecasting and reporting workflows.
• Ensure accuracy by validating outputs against source systems.
• Scale reporting and planning processes across the organization.
