Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning to lead forecasting, ARR and revenue modeling, and long-range planning. You will manage a team and partner with executives to drive critical business decisions.

You will own budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and performance analytics across teams, delivering timely insights and dashboards for leadership and the board. In-office presence is expected 3+ days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, finance planning for AI/SaaS/B2B tech contexts.
• Experience leading financial analysts and teams.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into exec-ready insights.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning for revenue and lines.
• Model bookings-to-cash flow and align forecasts with cash timing.
• Lead monthly revenue and ARR analytics with cross-functional data.
• Analyze retention and churn by cohort and surface risks to forecasts.
• Provide executive scenario modeling and strategic recommendations.
