Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking a strategic Senior Manager of Financial Planning to lead integrated forecasting, cash flow planning, ARR and revenue modeling, and long-range corporate planning. You will manage a team and work directly with C-level executives.

In this role, you will own budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash flow forecasting, and the path to revenue targets. You will deliver monthly KPI reporting and partner with Sales to align plan and forecast with GTM execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or financial planning at AI/SaaS/B2B tech
• Leadership experience mentoring analysts
• Strong command of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR)

Responsibilities

• Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning for revenue and each business line.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and manage path to revenue, ARR, and cash targets.
• Model bookings to revenue, billings, and collections with cash timing awareness.
• Analyze gross and net retention, churn, and expansion by segment and cohort.
