ThoughtSpot is seeking a strategic Senior Manager of Financial Planning to lead integrated forecasting, cash flow planning, ARR and revenue modeling, and long-range corporate planning. You will manage a team and work directly with C-level executives, shaping the financial roadmap.

In-office in Tempe, AZ for 3+ days a week to enable rapid decision-making and close collaboration with cross-functional partners, while maintaining flexibility where feasible.

Formación

• 5+ years in FP&A or financial planning at AI/SaaS/B2B tech companies.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM; MBA preferred.
• Proven leadership of financial analysts.
• Expert Excel and FP&A tools experience.
• Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR, billings).

Responsabilidades

• Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Model bookings to cash and revenue; manage cash timing.
• Run monthly revenue and ARR analytics with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze retention, churn, and expansion by segment.
• Partner with Sales Ops on quotas and pipeline alignment.
• Deliver monthly KPI dashboards with commentary for leadership and board.
• Provide executive scenario analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
