Job summary

FIS is seeking a Sr Lead FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, forecasting, monthly close and reporting for the Chief Client Office. You will translate results into insights, partner with finance leaders, and support investment planning and financial modeling.

Responsibilities include leading long-range planning, delivering monthly reports, and guiding automation and cost-saving initiatives to strengthen a scalable financial model.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasts or related finance roles.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
• Ability to translate complex numbers into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience partnering with non-finance teams and improving planning routines.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting and close reporting for the Client Office.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting and variance analysis for plan, forecast and actuals.
• Partner with leaders to develop and secure budgets, forecasts and targets.
• Evaluate and drive automation, cost-saving and investment initiatives.
• Improve processes, reporting and decision support for a scalable financial model.
