Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to support the Banking and Capital Markets Professional Services business. You will lead forecasting, planning, and performance analysis with exposure to senior stakeholders and data-driven decision-making.

You will collaborate across Finance, Operations, Professional Services, and Business Leadership to drive growth, efficiency, and operational improvements using large datasets and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Strong grasp of GAAP, budgeting processes, and financial statements.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to support strategic programs and drive financial performance.
• Lead development, maintenance, and enhancement of complex financial models for forecasting and planning.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and operational metrics to identify trends and risks.
• Support annual planning, quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting, and long-range planning.
• Create and validate financial analysis models measuring initiative performance and impact.
• Review and reconcile financial, workforce, and operational data across planning and reporting systems.
• Translate complex financial information into executive-ready recommendations.
• Leverage large datasets and BI tools to uncover insights for growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Professional Services, and Business Leadership teams.
