FIS is seeking a Sr Lead FP&A Analyst to lead planning, forecasting and reporting for the Chief Technology Office. You will translate financial results into clear business insights and drive automation and cost-saving initiatives to improve the technology operating model.

Collaborate with technology and finance leaders to develop budgets, forecasts and targets. Prepare detailed analyses and support strategic investment decisions in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting experience including annual budgets.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, variance analysis and scenario planning.
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to translate financial info into clear recommendations for senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, forecasting and close reporting for CTO.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting and variance analysis for key stakeholders.
• Partner with technology leaders to develop budgets and planning targets.
• Evaluate and execute automation, cost-saving and investment initiatives.
• Improve financial processes and decision support for scalable technology model.
