Oscar Health is seeking an Associate Director of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the finance team. The role emphasizes consolidation of results, executive-level insights, and strong leadership with a focus on corporate FP&A.

The position is based in New York with a hybrid schedule and a base pay range disclosed to candidates. You will report to the Senior Director, FP&A and collaborate across departments to shape financial trajectories.

Formación

• 7+ years experience in FP&A roles.
• 3+ years of analytics, problem solving, and financial modeling experience.
• Experience in health insurance, managed care or insurance industries.
• MBA in Finance or MS in Financial Analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery to analyze large data sets.
• Proficiency working with Workday and Adaptive.

Responsabilidades

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the consolidated budget & re-forecasting process to align with targets and plans.
• Management Reporting: Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with insights for leadership and IR.
• Allocation Frameworks: Develop cost allocation models aligning with operating model.
• Systems & Processes: Oversee finance processes and data integrity in planning systems.
• Leadership: Manage and coach FP&A professionals.
• Communication: Present results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
