Job summary
Oscar Health is hiring an Associate, Strategic Finance to join our FP&A team. You will support financial planning, analytics, and business insights for the Corporate, Operations, and Technology divisions, working with Finance leaders on reviews, full-year projections, and strategic partnerships.
You will report to the Senior Director, Strategic Finance & Corporate Development. This remote role is open to candidates who reside in Atlanta, GA, with future possibilities for a hybrid setup aligned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Actuarial (or equivalent) and 4+ years finance experience.
- Experience with healthcare, consulting, insurance, or financial services.
- 2+ years proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- 2+ years experience working with C-level executives.
Responsibilities
- Provide FP&A support, analytics, and business insights for corporate, operations, and technology.
- Develop reporting and insights to track spending and projections.
- Partner with senior leadership to review plans and deliver scenario modeling.
- Collaborate with actuarial, regional leaders, plan design, and sales to define portfolio strategy.
- Monitor ACA landscape trends and inform leadership on tactics.
