Job summary

Oscar Health seeks a Senior Director, Strategic Finance Tech Partner to lead FP&A for the technology organization, consolidate results, forecast performance, and deliver insights to senior leadership. You will report to the VP, FP&A and partner with Finance leadership to drive budgeting and multi-year planning.

This role requires advanced financial modeling, cost-allocation design, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A or financial modeling experience.
• 5+ years building and leading finance teams.
• 12+ years in FP&A in healthcare, insurance, or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
• Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery for large data analysis.
• Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive.
• Public company experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, analyze, and forecast financial performance for technology organization.
• Consolidate FP&A results and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports highlighting trends and variances.
• Develop cost allocation frameworks aligned with operating model.
• Drive multi-year strategy planning with BU leadership and business cases.
• Oversee FP&A processes, systems, data integrity, and reporting capabilities.
• Coach and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Communicate financial results and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
