Oscar Health in New York City is seeking an Associate, Strategic Finance to join our FP&A team. You will support financial planning, analytics, and business insights for Corporate, Operations, and Technology divisions.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Finance & Corporate Development, you’ll build reporting, perform scenario modeling, and present findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Actuarial or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of finance experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Insurance or Financial Services.
• 2+ years of experience with Google products (Sheets/Docs/Slides) or Microsoft products.
• 2+ years of experience working with C-level executives.

Responsabilités

• Provide data-driven recommendations for pricing decisions to senior executives.
• Support models and tooling that generate business insights and scenario planning.
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Regional Leaders, Plan Design and Sales on portfolio strategy.
• Identify profitability tradeoffs, market trends, and membership insights.
• Source, organize, and analyze data to support strategic programs.
• Monitor ACA trends and inform tactics during selling season.
• Report intra-year membership analytics to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
