Remote is seeking a Sr. Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis based in the United States.

You will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across SaaS and payments in a high-growth tech environment, partnering with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders. You will develop executive dashboards, strengthen financial models, and deliver board-level reporting while modernizing finance with AI-enabled tools and automation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Five+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or another analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling covering income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for complex models.
• Proficiency in SQL to retrieve and validate data for analysis and reporting.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) to build dashboards.
• SaaS metrics expertise including ARR, churn, and retention; payments knowledge.
• US residency required; private equity exposure is a plus.
• ERP/CRM familiarity (NetSuite/Salesforce); AI/automation experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Develop dashboards and reports for SaaS and payments performance.
• Analyze revenue, ARR, churn, margins, and variance analyses.
• Model payments pricing, costs, and profitability; integrate SaaS and payments data.
• Deliver board and investor reporting and respond to executive requests.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to provide financial insights.
• Advise on pricing, investments, and go-to-market programs.
• Automate reporting workflows and improve data integrity with AI tools.
• Maintain durable financial processes and governance.
