Partner Company in the United States seeks a Senior FP&A Manager to lead strategic finance for Engineering, Product, and Tech Ops. You will drive planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across software development, cloud infrastructure, and AI costs, delivering actionable insights.

Responsibilities include building ROI models, cost allocations, and product margins, and partnering with senior leadership to optimize cloud spend and profitability.

Competenze

• 7+ years FP&A experience in SaaS/tech, preferably supporting Eng/Product/Operations.
• Strong SaaS unit economics, gross margins, and cost-to-serve understanding.
• Experience modeling cloud, hosting, and tech expenses with pricing knowledge.
• Ability to develop product-level P&Ls and cost allocations.
• Advanced Excel, Oracle PBCS, and BI tool proficiency; GAAP compliance.

Mansioni

• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Tech Ops to translate roadmaps into financial plans.
• Lead budgeting/forecasting for R&D, engineering, and tool spend.
• Develop ROI analyses for build-vs-buy, infrastructure, and AI costs.
• Own financial modeling of cloud hosting, data centers, and capacity planning.
• Drive cost-clarity through P&L development and cost allocation methodologies.
• Support monthly close with infrastructure cost analysis and accruals.
• Deliver reports and executive presentations to CFO/Board on margins and spend.
