Job summary

Finalsite is hiring a highly analytical, business-minded Sr. FP&A Manager to own financial planning and analysis across our payments and SaaS lines.

This full-time role, 100% remote within the United States, partners with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and strategic opportunities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong financial modeling skills, and experience building executive dashboards using BI tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting in BI tools.
• Understanding SaaS business models and recurring revenue metrics.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze SaaS KPIs including ARR, churn, margin, and take rates.
• Model payments economics and profitability considerations.
• Own the annual operating plan and board-level presentations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and executive-ready reports.
