Finalsite is hiring a highly analytical Sr. FP&A Manager to own financial planning and analysis across payments and SaaS lines, reporting to executive leadership.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, board and investor reporting, and cross-functional partnership to optimize growth and profitability. You will leverage AI tools to improve forecasting, build scalable models, and deliver insights that influence strategy and capital allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting in BI tools.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze SaaS KPIs such as ARR, churn, gross margin, and take rates.
• Build executive dashboards and board-ready financial presentations.
• Drive AI-enabled forecasting and planning to improve speed and accuracy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights.
