HireVue is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to act as a finance business partner for multiple departments. You will lead expense variance analysis, monthly closes, and forecast headcount and expenses with the accounting team. You will report to the FP&A Director and collaborate with C-level executives.

The role is work-from-home eligible, with strong Excel modeling skills and SaaS industry experience preferred. You will influence strategic plans and drive financial performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 3–5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, FP&A preferred.
• Adaptive Insights or equivalent experience required.
• SaaS industry and international experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of expense-side P&L and other financial statements.
• Advanced Excel and modeling skills for ad hoc requests and current model improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for partnering with VP-level and C-level executives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly and quarterly expense variance analysis and close package for departments.
• Own P&L expense-side forecasting in coordination with FP&A and Accounting teams.
• Partner with functions for monthly/quarterly headcount and expense planning; maintain weekly headcount reconciliations.
• Participate in ad-hoc finance & accounting projects as needed.
