Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A for a remote role in the United States. This leadership position will build and shape the finance planning and analysis function for a division, partnering with divisional leadership to enhance visibility into performance and support strategic transformation initiatives.

You will design scalable FP&A processes, manage forecasting, and establish reporting standards to drive financial execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of FP&A or finance experience.
• Experience leading a finance team.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space.

This role will build and shape the finance planning and analysis function for a division within the business, with a strong focus on creating scalable processes, reporting, and decision support. You will partner closely with divisional leadership to improve visibility into performance, guide planning cycles, and support transformation initiatives that strengthen financial execution. The position offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions through clear financial insights.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the FP&A function for the division
• Design and implement FP&A processes, standards, and reporting
• Develop standardized planning, forecasting, and analytical processes
• Establish financial KPIs and management reporting for decision-making
• Lead the annual operating plan and budget processes for the division

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A or finance-related roles
• Previous experience leading or managing a finance team
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Demonstrated ability to build or improve FP&A processes and operating models
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow drivers
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
