Dave & Buster's Senior Manager of Operational Finance will own key parts of the P&L from budgeting, forecasting and analysis. You will partner with F&B, Ops, and Special Events to deliver timely data for discussions and decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree or CPA/CMA preferred
• Proven financial management experience in field ops or multi-unit restaurant/retail
• Experience with sales/marketing initiatives measurement
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance and reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in financial software and Excel
• Experience with Hyperion ERP and Power BI is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial planning processes for field operations
• Analyze data, trends and KPIs to provide insights and opportunities
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for field operations
• Monitor budget variances and explain explanations
• Collaborate with departments to align financial strategies
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management
• Generate ad-hoc reports for decision-making
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial workflows
