Responsibilities include developing hourly team members, recruiting and coaching staff, and delivering high-quality results. The role emphasizes proactive leadership and a strong guest-centric mindset within a large leadership team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 2+ years restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.

Responsibilities
