Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Operational Finance to own P&L budgeting, forecasting and analytics for field operations. You will partner with F&B, Ops and Special Events to provide timely data and drive strategic decisions.

Lead budgeting processes, monitor variances, develop internal controls, and mentor finance professionals while delivering insightful reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/CMA) preferred.
• Proven experience managing finances for multi-unit operations.
• Experience partnering with sales, marketing and operations functions.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting and controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning and analysis for field operations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance explanations with partners.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management.
