The position is hybrid with 3 in-office days weekly in New York, NY. Base pay ranges from $163,944 to $215,177 per year plus benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in FP&A roles.
• 3+ years of analytical & problem solving experience with strong financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & forecasting for department/company with operating plan alignment.
• Management reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual results.
• Develop cost allocation frameworks aligned with operating model.
• Provide insights from financial data and ensure data integrity.
• Lead and coach FP&A professionals.
• Present results and recommendations to leadership.
