Job summary

Oscar Health, Inc. is hiring an Associate, Strategic Finance to join our FP&A team. The role supports financial planning, analytics, and business insights for Corporate, Operations, and Technology divisions.

You will create reporting and insights to show spending patterns, projections, and leadership-ready findings. You will report to the Senior Director, Strategic Finance & Corporate Development. This is a remote position open to Atlanta, GA residents; a hybrid hub could emerge in the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Actuarial or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of finance experience including Healthcare, Consulting, Insurance or Financial Services.
• 2+ years of experience with Google products (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or Microsoft products.
• 2+ years of experience working with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Craft recommendations using data-driven approaches for pricing decisions.
• Support build of models and tooling for business insights and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Regional Leaders, Plan Design and Sales teams on market strategies.
• Identify profitability tradeoffs, market trends, and membership insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Source, organize, and analyze data to support strategic programs.
