Job summary

Harvard Business Publishing is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Harvard Business Impact Enterprise Finance team. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analytics to drive profitable growth and strategic investments.

You’ll partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams, delivering insights, building models, and automating reporting. Strong AI-enabled analytics and data storytelling are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Strong ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience partnering with commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes with alignment across Enterprise stakeholders.
• Manage consolidation of forecast and planning data in Adaptive Planning and monitor performance vs. budget.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for investments and revenue growth opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting with insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with Sales leadership to analyze pipeline, revenue trends, and forecasting accuracy.
• Drive FP&A process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled productivity improvements.
