Job summary

Owner.com is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst. This remote-first role owns core planning, forecasting, and performance tracking, treating financial infrastructure as a product. You will automate reporting with AI, build scalable models, and partner across teams to drive business outcomes.

You'll work with finance, operations, and executives to embed insights into strategic decisions while maintaining autonomy in a fast-growing company. The role is 100% remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance experience.
• AI-forward with a track record of automating workflows and building tools.
• Strong modeling skills to improve forecast accuracy and reporting.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and QuickBooks or similar ERP.
• Familiarity with SQL or Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and own financial models and forecasting infrastructure.
• Drive investment decisions using unit economics and cohort trends.
• Automate manual reporting with AI and modern tooling.
• Partner cross-functionally on strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Improve forecast accuracy and drive margin improvements.
• Turn insights into real improvements in the business's economics.
