Job summary

RSA Security in Burlington, MA, is seeking a finance business partner to lead OpEx planning and management across Sales, Rev Ops, Marketing, Customer Support, and Professional Services. Own the annual budget and quarterly forecast for GTM operating expenses, including headcount, travel, programs, tools, and vendor spend.

You will partner with department leaders to monitor budgets, analyze spend trends, and deliver real-time dashboards for GTM leaders.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or cost management experience.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead OpEx planning and management for GTM across Sales, Rev Ops, Marketing, Support and Professional Services.
• Own the annual budget and quarterly forecast for GTM operating expenses including headcount, T&E, programs, tools, and third-party spend.
• Partner with department leaders to build, monitor, and course-correct budgets.
• Analyze spend trends by function and cost center; provide actionable commentary to leadership.
• Build dashboards with real-time visibility into GTM spend against budget.
• Drive cost-efficiency through vendor/tool spend reviews and benchmarking.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews presenting expense performance and risks.
• Support accruals, reclasses, and month-end close related to GTM expenses.
