• Experience with GTM financials and headcount planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM budget owners on headcount, operating expenses, vendors, programs, and investment decisions.
• Analyze spending and resource allocation, identifying risks, opportunities, and communicating practical recommendations.
• Support Sales capacity, ramp, productivity, CAC, sales efficiency, and Marketing ROI analysis.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to align headcount, capacity, ramp, and productivity assumptions across expense forecasts and sales-efficiency analysis.
• Develop scenarios connecting changes in hiring and investment to expected commercial outcomes.
• Support the broader GTM Finance team on business cases, commercial initiatives, and topline analysis and forecasting as needed.
