Job summary

BeyondTrust, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical FP&A professional to support our go-to-market organization, focusing on operating expenses, investment planning, and performance analysis.

You will manage expense forecasts, understand spending drivers, and help leaders evaluate hiring and programs. You will analyze Sales capacity, CAC, and sales efficiency, and contribute to topline forecasting as needed, with opportunities to expand into broader commercial-finance responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to partner with GTM teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM budget owners on headcount, operating expenses, vendors, programs, and investment decisions.
• Analyze spending and resource allocation, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate recommendations.
• Support Sales capacity, ramp, productivity, CAC, and sales efficiency analysis.
• Coordinate with Revenue Operations to align headcount, capacity, ramp, and productivity in forecasts.
• Develop scenarios linking hiring and investments to commercial outcomes.
• Prepare analyses for business reviews and executive reporting; improve planning workflows using AI tools.
