Job summary

MasterBrand, Inc. is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead companywide FP&A efforts across multiple locations. This role partners with senior leaders to drive planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic insights to support decision-making.

You will oversee budgeting, long-range planning, financial modeling, performance metrics, and board reporting, while building a strong FP&A team and influencing across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
• MBA or CPA/CA or similar advanced qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead companywide FP&A processes: planning, forecasting, consolidation and reporting.
• Analyze financial results to identify drivers, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop financial projections and models linking historical data to future plans.
• Oversee budgeting and long-range planning with business leaders.
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights for decisions.
• Lead profitability analyses by channel, brand and customer.
