a.k.a. Brands seeks a senior FP&A professional to own the shared operating cost pools across the brand portfolio, including freight, distribution, and store labor. You will build driver-based financial models and serve as the primary partner to Operations, linking volumes and rates to financial outcomes.

You will consolidate brand forecasts, run annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts, and support Board reporting. Hybrid role with in-office days, strong Excel, Planful, and BI tooling required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of FP&A, operations finance, or comparable analytical finance role.
• Experience in consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, or inventory-related industry.
• Experience consolidating multi-entity or multi-brand forecasts and supporting management/Board reporting.
• Demonstrated history of building long-term value within organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the budget, forecast, and long-range plan for freight, parcel, DCs, 3PLs, fulfillment, and returns.
• Build driver-based models decomposing variance into volume, rate, mix, productivity.
• Partner with centralized Operations to build financial cases for carrier, 3PL, automation, and network decisions.
• Establish cost-to-serve views by brand, channel, and geography.
