Job summary

BAL, based in Richardson, TX, seeks a forward-thinking Finance Manager to lead AI-driven automation across finance processes and partner with executives on strategic initiatives.

You will build robust financial models, conduct valuation and scenario analyses, and support due diligence and integration planning for M&A, while translating complex data into clear narratives for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A/Strategic Finance experience in financial services, consulting, or corporate development.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present to executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI automation of financial processes, forecasts, and reporting, leveraging Databricks and Claude to modernize and scale finance workflows.
• Partner with Legal and Operations to build financial models framing business questions for senior leadership.
• Develop financial models for Revenue, SG&A, Cash Flow, Working Capital, and Capital Investments.
• Lead M&A financial analysis and execution, including due diligence, deal modeling, synergy analysis, and integration planning.
• Own consolidated financial reporting for the Executive and Finance Committees with timely, decision-ready information.
• Mentor Senior Financial Analysts and Financial Analysts to strengthen modeling skills and business acumen across the team.
