BILL is a leading fintech company with a remote-first culture and offices in San Jose, CA and Draper, UT. We are seeking a Finance Manager on the FP&A team to partner with business leaders to manage the financial plan, forecast, and month-end close.

You will drive accruals, optimization of resourcing, and leverage AI to automate routine finance tasks. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, 5–8+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, and a track record of partnering with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA or MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to manage the financial plan across the company.
• Forecasting and budgeting processes for multiple departments.
• Lead month-end close, accruals, and variance analyses.
• Identify opportunities to optimize expenses and drive efficiency using AI tools.
