Jobot is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Richardson, TX. The role emphasizes FP&A, financial reporting, and model development to drive strategic decisions using AI tools and ERP systems.

You will manage forecasts, analyze variances, and partner with senior leaders to improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency in a high-growth tech environment. On-site duties emphasize tight collaboration and rigorous financial discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in corporate finance or accounting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience utilizing AI.
• Ability to work autonomously and as a self-starter.
• Adaptable and able to react quickly to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain financial systems including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Report and analyze quarterly results, forecast variances, and communicate insights to leadership.
• Build financial forecasting models using AI-powered tools and ERP data.
• Develop budgets and forecasts at project/product level, analyze profitability.
• Perform variance and trend analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure timely financial reporting and support audits as required.
• Lead ad hoc projects and collaborate with FP&A and other functions.
• Contribute to FP&A process evolution and new systems implementations.
