Job summary

PK Companies Group, LLC, headquartered in The Woodlands, TX, seeks an FP&A Analyst to partner with the Director of Finance and business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision‑making. You will drive automation, BI dashboards, and AI-enabled analysis for a PE-backed environment.

The role emphasizes building an integrated financial model, board reporting, and performance analysis across units while improving finance processes and system integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 2-3 years of FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build an integrated three-statement model from scratch.
• Advanced Excel: lookups, dynamic arrays, scenario toggles, clean and auditable model structure.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and experience producing executive or board-level materials.
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and how operating drivers flow to cash.
• Hands-on use of automation or AI tools in your current work, and curiosity about doing more.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting numbers to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated three-statement model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Model scenarios for leadership and sponsor, including pricing, volume, headcount, capex and working capital.
• Track debt covenants, leverage and liquidity; support lender reporting.
• Support M&A and value-creation work: acquisition models, synergy tracking, integration into plan.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly board decks and PE sponsor reporting packages.
