BILL’s FP&A Finance Manager will partner with business leaders to manage the company’s financial plan, overseeing forecasting, planning, accruals, and month-end close. You’ll use AI tools to automate repetitive finance tasks, allowing more time for analysis and strategic advice.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, and department heads, ensuring accurate reporting and insightful commentary for executives. A strong foundation in accounting and data fluency is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting with month-end close experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CPA or MBA is a plus.
• Strong accounting fundamentals including accruals, prepaids, and expense recognition; able to manage them through close.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence senior business leaders.
• Experience using AI tools to automate finance workflows.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems (NetSuite/Adaptive Planning) and advanced Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communication; distill results into concise recommendations.
